The issues paper outlines the Commission’s approach to the inquiry, key issues, and the timetable for the inquiry. The issues paper is structured around the matters the Premier has specifically identified in the terms of reference for the inquiry.
It is intended to generate responses from business and other key stakeholders and poses questions to encourage feedback. The Commission is particularly interested in experiences and evidence relevant to the terms of reference and the issues identified in this paper.
Every submission provided to the Commission will be considered and, unless it is identified as being confidential or is an abuse of process, will be published on our website.
