Issues Paper

The issues paper outlines the Commission’s approach to the inquiry, initial and preliminary understanding of the relevant issues and the timetable for the inquiry. The issues paper is structured around the matters the Premier has specifically identified in the terms of reference for the inquiry. It is important to emphasise that the Commission has no predetermined views on the matters covered by the inquiry.

The issues paper provides an opportunity for interested parties to participate in the inquiry by highlighting preliminary issues and proposing questions and information requests to generate feedback. Feedback from interested parties will further assist analysis and review and will contribute to the development of a draft inquiry report.

Every submission provided to the Commission will be considered and, unless it is identified as being confidential or is an abuse of process, will be published on our website.

The Commission encourages submissions to be made through the form below. You can also email us at sapc@sa.gov.au or post to us at GPO Box 2343, ADELAIDE SA 5001. Guidance in relation to making a submission is available here.
