Following the release of the draft report in May 2022, the Commission further engaged with stakeholders and interested parties on its analyses, conclusions, information requests and draft recommendations. The Commission also commissioned University researchers to explore specific questions relating to the inquiry – the reports are attached for your information.

Next Steps

The Commission’s Inquiry into South Australia’s renewable energy competitiveness has now concluded, and the final report was provided to the Premier on Wednesday, 10 August 2022.

The Inquiry final report will be published on the SAPC website no later than Wednesday, 9 November 2022 consistent with the Commission’s governance arrangements.
