Steve Whetton – Chief Executive
Steve Whetton has over 25 years of experience as an applied economist covering diverse fields including productivity and economic growth, public sector effectiveness, health economics and the economics of innovation.
Steve was previously Deputy Director of the SA Centre for Economic Studies an applied economics research centre at the University of Adelaide and has also worked as an economic adviser for the UK Government.
Steve has an M. Sc. (Economics) from the University of London (Birkbeck) and a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Adelaide.
Wing Hsieh – Director
Dr Wing Hsieh brings her expertise and experience in policy design and evaluation across social cohesion, social policy, human services, behavioural economics, macroeconomics, and economic evaluation. She has worked across academic, public and private sectors in Australia including the Reserve Bank of Australia, NSW Government, The Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, Monash University, and Griffith University.
Wing has a PhD in Behaviour Change from Monash University, LLM from Harvard University and honours degrees in both Economics and Law from the University of Adelaide.
