The Commission is conducting a review into regulation and practice governing referrals processes that form an integral part of the state’s development approval system.

The Commission has released an issues paper outlining the Commission’s approach to the review, key issues and the timetable for the review.

Interested parties are encouraged to make a submission here.

Following further consultation a draft report will be published in June 2021.
