The South Australian Productivity Commission will recommend changes to South Australia’s regulatory system to make it more business friendly and fit for purpose for growing jobs and investment, while not compromising the public interest.

As an SA business owner and/or operator, the Commission wants to hear your views and experiences to gain the evidence and information it needs for meaningful recommendations.  Regulations need to reflect modern business practices, so the Commission wants to identify and remove regulatory barriers and unnecessary red tape and encourage innovation and investment, without compromising public safety.

The Business Survey will help the Commission hear from a wide cross section of businesses in SA. The survey will be live from Tuesday 13 July 2021 until Sunday 8 August 2021.

Complete the survey here.

Please note that your response will remain anonymous, unless you want to provide contact details for further information or want to be kept informed about the inquiry progress.

The survey results will be used for the final report in October 2021 and publicly released before the end of January 2022.
