The SA Government has asked the South Australian Productivity Commission to undertake a review into tourism regulation, focusing on nature-based tourism and agritourism.

The Commission released its draft report on 6 August 2021. The draft report sets out the Commission’s initial findings, information requests and draft recommendations and is available on the Commission’s website.

Interested stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on the draft report by making a submission through our website, and to share this information with others who may wish to contribute to the review.
