The Commission’s review into the tourism regulation has been completed. The final report was delivered to the Premier on 28 October 2021. The final report will be published on the SAPC website no later than 27 January 2022 consistent with the Commission’s governance arrangements.

The Commission thanks the tourism regulators and operators, industry associations and businesses, state government agencies and other stakeholders for supporting the Commission’s work through their sharing of important information and data, and active collaborations throughout the review process.
